His passion for enriching the lives of others has allowed him the opportunity to provide face to face personal and professional training experiences for 30+ years with 30,000+ national and international leaders. Johnny has a unique ability to provide a safe, inclusive training environment with leaders from diverse nationalities, ages, backgrounds, cultures, professions, and socioeconomic status. He has served over 25 years as a pastor within the faith-based community in Las Vegas, NV.

Johnny’s professional credentials include Bachelor’s in Practical Ministries, Ordained Minister, Nevada State Certification in Workforce Development, Certified Professional Career Coach (CPCC), Certified Professional Diversity & Inclusion Trainer, Certified Mindbodystrong Facilitor (geared for the mental wellness for the healthcare industry). Johnny is a Certified Speaker & Trainer with the world-renowned John C. Maxwell and the John Maxwell Team. 

As a community Leader, Johnny has helped to mastermind, lead and implement vision for churches, non-profit organizations as well as provide speaking, executive coaching, and training for a variety of companies and organization.

This includes: Law enforcement, military, city officials, law firms, local government, re-entry, correctional institutions, medical care facilities, mental health programs, engineers, educational institutions and vocational training programs. For the past 3 decades, It has always been Johnny’s faith and servant leadership attitude that helps him guide others to grow to their full personal and professional God-given potential!
